This chapter integrates the loyalty of some with the lies of others. We all long to “be” David in this passage – someone who’s loyal. We don’t want to “be” Saul – a person who lies.
Who is passing or failing the loyalty test in your life today? And, as believers are forgiven and saved by grace, are you willing to extend grace to those who have crossed the loyalty “line” in your life, and have NOT been faithful?
And if you are willing to extend grace to them, what would that look like?
We hope to see you there tonight,
